Charles McDonald, 64, of Meadville, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He was born June 26, 1956 in Merced, CA, a son of the late Cottrell and Pearl McGarrity McDonald. He married Sherry Franklin July 18, 1978.
